Answer incoming calls and greet callers professionally on multi-line switchboard. Monitor alarm systems and respond to Medical, Facility and Security Alerts. Inform the appropriate staff of code/alerts via overhead paging system and interoffice communication, such as, page gate and security 2-way radio. Record all codes/alerts promptly. Call in appropriate on-call teams or Physicians when needed. Must be able to multi-task.
Shifts may vary – department runs 24/7 – 3 shifts.
