Automotive Manufacturer in Owensboro KY is looking to add on some new team members. Before transitioning to 2nd Shift, all new hires will be required to be at Orientation for 2 days and then train on a first shift. 

ORIENTATION: Thurs 4/24/25 8am - 3pm & Fri 4/25/25 8am - 3pm 
TRAINING: (approximately 2 weeks) 6am or 6:30am - 2pm or 2:30pm
Overtime is likely while training and will commence upon transitioning to your designated 2nd shift. 
**While Training: Pay Rate is set at $15.00 per hour

5:30pm - 2:00am & 6:00pm - 2:30am
Weeks run Monday - Sunday
Temporary to Permanent

LEATHER SAFETY TOED BOOTS or SHOES ARE REQUIRED

CLOTHING REQUIREMENTS: 

• 100% Cotton clothing - No synthetic fabrics can be worn inside plant
• Clothing MUST be free of holes, tears, frays
• Jeans or work pants are permitted

Long hair and long beards MUST be secured closer to head/face
No jewelry permitted on plant floor
Earrings are permitted; so long as they fit flat against the earlobe or are small stud type earrings

• Performs set-ups and changeovers
• Carry out production responsibilities including, but not limited to operating lift trucks, floor scrubbers, cleaning equipment etc
• Perform production welding, riveting, resistance welding, and any other assembly operation, once certified by internal instructors 
• Ability to stand most of each work shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift a maximum of 40lbs regularly throughout the work shift
• Able to work in varying temperature environments
• Work with team members from all departments to resolve problems or make improvements
• Willingness to cross-train and work other areas/stations in the plant on a short notice and as needed 
• Other duties as assigned, to ensure production goals are met and maintained
